    Favorite Seasoning!

    I have been using various seasonings over the years until I found this one at the Wolfforth Farmers Market in Texas while there on vacation. Now this is the only seasoning I use for grilling and order it on line from Oregon. I also got a bottle to gift to a friend. The spices are a perfect balance for my desired taste. Love it so much!

    We sprinkle Trooper generously on salmon after rubbing it with olive oil. Cook in the microwave at half power for one minute. Repeat the cooking 3 to 4 more times. When the fat emerges on the surface, the salmon is done. It is easy, delicious, and moist.

    We have come to love the Trooper Seasoning after a visit to the Waco Farmers Market. I didn't purchase any at the time but several of my family members did and so now I have to have it. LOL.

    Our family loves your spice blend. Our daughter is vegan because she had her gallbladder removed and cannot digest animal products. Your product has helped her enjoy her limited diet, she has actually gained weight. We are very thankful for your product.
