Trooper Seasoning
Trooper Seasoning is our family's table seasoning. It is used most often on main entrees and vegetables. Pat's favorite recipe with Trooper Seasoning is diced (1/2" to 3/4") fingerling potatoes coated with olive oil then with Trooper Seasoning and then baked in the oven.

Good on everything!
Received my order yesterday and tried the seasoning on my food the first day. It was wonderful. I had a sample at the farmers market about two weeks ago and it was so good I had to have some for personal use and to share with my friends and family. I will start sharing it today. 9 ounce shaker
I recommend Trooper Seasoning for use on the table and in the kitchen while cooking. While the seasoning has salt, I find I use less salt than I would if using the regular salt shaker. Certainly enhances the taste of the food. You will enjoy!
