Trooper's wife was selling his seasoning at a farmer's market. I stopped and she said, "Try this on a slice of tomato," so I did and it was impressive. She said, "But it tastes good on everything. We especially like to put it on popcorn." I bought a bottle and...she was right. It was great on popcorn! Since then, I have bought bottles for our office crew and they have had me buy MORE because we run through it so quickly. I put it on sliced hard boiled eggs, it's awesome. It melts into sliced cherry tomatoes like butter, really takes it to another level. The business is family owned and operated (AND, they are good people!). It's a Go Texan product, too. Simple ingredients, expertly proportioned, Troop knew what he was doing when he concocted it. I gave a small bottle to my mom, and she told me she ran through it so fast that she ordered the big 'ol jumbo bottle of it! Get some, put it on everything, I guarantee you will see what I'm saying!

My family loves Trooper's seasoning. A few summers ago we met a lovely couple at our local farmers market and they were giving away samples of Trooper's seasoning over cherry tomatoes. My family loved them so much we bought 3 jars. This is my 3rd timing buying the 3 pack. My daughter recently moved into her own apartment and this was one of the first things she asked if we could get for her new place. We absolutely love it, and will keep buying it!

My college roommate and I first tried Trooper Seasoning at the Waco Farmer’s Market. We fell in love with it when we sampled it on cherry tomatoes and each purchased a shaker. We use it on EVERYTHING. We have since moved from Waco, but still order Trooper Seasoning online because we can’t go without it.

Because one of my dog's is name is Trooper , I tried the seasoning. We love it and use it on fish, chicken, turkey, pork, and beef (including steaks). It’s the perfect combination!!
