1st time use of Trooper Seasoning
I am amazed at the taste and the wide use this seasoning product has. I am a small custom caterer and was cooking for a group of the first time I used it on some Back Strap. Just soaked it in the prepared meat and added some to the self rising flour mixture prior to frying and it was AMAZING. Will be using on many produce products. Also used it on Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Chipotle Honey and red paper flakes sprinkled with TS. It was amazing! Cooked those on my Traeger grill until the edges charred. One word. Everything!
We met Mr. and Mrs. Peters this summer at the farmers market in sunset village. He was the sweetest and had us try it on tomatoes. I was hooked. And have used it on everything since. It has become my favorite all purpose seasoning. It's so wonderful on vegetables! Just ordered a bigger bottle. Thank you guys!!!

Found this at the Farmer's Market last year and now we can't live without it. Easily use it in 95% of our cooking. Haven't put it in our oatmeal yet, but it does make a great dinner roll add in!
