Discovered Trooper Seasoning few months ago at the Wolforth, Texas farmers market. Purchased the large bottle and haven't been able to put it down since. We first received this as a gift years ago and soon found ourselves using it as a standard seasoning on practically everything we grill, and lots else that we cook as well.
