Discovered Trooper Seasoning few months ago at the Wolforth, Texas farmers market. Purchased the large bottle and haven't been able to put it down since. Trooper's Seasoning
We first received this as a gift years ago and soon found ourselves using it as a standard seasoning on practically everything we grill, and lots else that we cook as well. The flavors are subtle and enhance all meats (especially steak and burgers), chicken, seafood, and vegetables with that extra little touch. Our friends have enjoyed it so much that we often use it as a housewarming gift when we visit. We just reordered 5 to pass on to all our adult children!
